For more than 20 years, I’ve had the opportunity to help organizations and leaders grow across hospitality, healthcare, technology, sports, and entertainment.

My career has taken me from developing leaders and creating workforce development programs to building People functions, designing employee experiences, shaping culture, and advising executives through growth, transformation, and some of the most complex moments of leadership.

Through it all, one belief has become central to how I approach my work:

Culture is something people should experience, not something companies declare.

I believe the strongest organizations close the distance between what they say they believe and what their people actually experience. You see it in how leaders lead, how decisions are made, how people grow, whose voices are heard, and what gets celebrated. And ultimately, customers feel it too.

Today, my work sits at the intersection of people, culture, leadership, and business. Through Gravitas Lane, I partner with organizations and leaders who are building, growing, transforming, or thinking about what comes next.

Whether I’m serving as a Fractional Chief People Officer, coaching a leader through a pivotal moment, or facilitating a conversation that challenges a room to think differently, the purpose behind my work remains the same: To help leaders build organizations where people and business can thrive together.

I’m an executive People leader, certified executive coach, speaker, and lifelong learner. I’m energized by creating, teaching, developing leaders, and turning ideas into experiences that make a meaningful difference for people.

Outside of work, you’ll often find me traveling, spending time with family, or continuing to learn and grow as both a leader and coach.

In 2025, I was honored as one of the Top 50 Women Leaders of Georgia by Women We Admire, recognizing my contributions to leadership and the field.
